The introduction of the three dimensional brush technology (3D) was a crucial progress within the brush cleaning sector. Concerning the cleaning of the blind spots on the top and bottom of the IBC, this technology has been improved substantially and its cleaning efficiency exceeds all expectations. Depending on the phase of the cleaning process, a certain movement dominates (movements can also be combined). The brushs various lengths of bristles and the reversal of its rotating direction ensure a perfect interior cleaning of the containers. Due to the rotating unit inside of the 3D head swivelling upwards (fully rotating brush spindle, reverse and slow rotation of the brush tube), the lateral radius, the beading in the floor and top as well as further form elements of the top can be cleaned.
