While DisperseTech was founded in 2001, our roots date back much further. EW Kaufmann Company and its founder Stretch Kaufmann promoted dispersion blades as early as the 1960's, this blade business later transitioned to DisperseTech. Originally, our sole focus was supplying dispersion blades to the large base of chemical processing companies that made up E.W. Kaufmann's customer base. These companies participated in wide selection of industries including; paint, ink, coatings, sealants, lubricants, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, etc.
Over the years we expanded our focus, broadening our product line. In 2013, we partnered with several manufacturers to represent their products. We now offer a wide range of mixing, packaging and tank cleaning and solvent recovery systems.
DisperseTech still manufactures the widest selection of quality dispersion blades in the industry. Standard blades are constructed of 304 stainless steel, but other metals are available on request. We have produced blades in 316 stainless steel, Hastalloy C, and other exotic metals.
