This compact system is ideal for accurate dispensing of concentrated inks for sheet-fed offset printing.

  • The valves are individually activated by pneumatic cylinders, without rotating or mechanical parts, motors etc, making the system easy to operate
  • The simple and economic Slider paste dispenser has up to 18 dispensing valves in two rows, and dispenses components into 1-20ltr cans (of a minimum 11cm diameter)
  • There is no need for a washing system since the nozzle keeps the obturator surface clean by closing at the same level as the flat bottom of the valve
  • The system is operated via a computer using Maestro® software
  • Both piston and pressure plate pumps are available to carry base components to the dispensing head
