Spin casting is used in manufacturing parts such as seals, large O-rings, and sleeves where complete removal of air bubbles is critical. An innovative centrifuge clamping system will automatically lock the mold as soon as the mold starts to rotate in the spin caster.

An innovative centrifuge clamping system will automatically lock the mold as soon as the mold starts to rotate. A DC motor drive can provide a wide range of rotational speeds from 5 to 900 RPM.
