The StateMix Planetary Centrifugal Mixer or Dual-Axis Centrifugal Mixer is ideal for mixing viscous material. It employs a no-touch, no-blade mechanism to mix materials using simultaneous rotation and revolution of the mixing container. Originally designed for the polyurethane industry, this machine can handle a variety of materials such as polymers, cosmetics, inks, adhesives, sealant, solder pastes, conductive pastes, metal slurries, and pharmaceuticals.
MIX AND DEAERATE HARD TO BLEND MATERIALS WITH NO BLADES OVER A WIDE RANGE OF VISCOSITIES IN SECONDS!
- Polyurethanes
- Silicones
- Inks
- Waxes
- Filled Polymers
- Epoxies
- Caulks and Adhesives
- And much more!
The Vortex mixer is designed to mix difficult to blend materials over a range of viscosities. Materials including pre-polymer resins, curatives, powdered additives, and epoxy systems are thoroughly mixed effectively and quickly. The centrifugal force created by spinning the material in two opposite axis' simultaneously produces a high shear blending effect, thus mixing the materials inside the pail. Compared to conventional hand mixing methods such as drills, or impeller type mixers, the Vortex mixer will give you an effective mix in fraction of the time without introducing any bubbles into mixed material.
